1) If a monthly charge is chosen, client authorizes the automatic debit of credit card on a monthly basis as per order. 2) Profile will appear within 4 normal business days, & will be confirmed by email. 3) Once placed, orders can only be canceled by the Terms of Service. 4) All Profiles including Frontpage Profiles appear monthly and are billed monthly until cancelled. There is a 4 month minimum on all Profiles and Add-ons - Profiles cancelled in less than 4 months will be charged for the balance of 4 months upon cancellation. An early "match" does not negate the obligation for 4 months, no exceptions. There is no credit available for early termination of annual profiles, no exceptions. 5) Any errors found within the webpage by client must notify ABC Adoptions within 5 days of publication to receive a maxiumum of 5 days credit in corrected advertising time. 6) Monthly Profiles and Add-ons may be terminated after 4 months with a 7 day advance notice prior to monthly due date, terminations less than 7 days will result in another months charge. 7) If cancellation date is disputed, proof of cancellation is required. Proof of cancellation must be a copy of a email sent to help@abcadoptions.com and replied to by ABC acknowledging cancellation within 5 days. Maximum credit for a disputed cancellation in any event is limited to one month's charge. 8) Clients are responsible for advance notification of a new expiration date or a different credit card number resulting in a declined charge. A declined credit card can result in a $25.00 charge. 9) Profiles for an adoption is purely speculative and beyond the control of ABC Adoptions; therefore, ABC cannot guarantee the results and cannot provide any refund for not adopting or lack of activity. 10) All Information furnished is deemed reliable. No representation is made to its accuracy and is subject to errors, omissions, changes or withdrawal.
