TERMS OF SERVICE

1) Client authorizes the automatic debit of credit card as per order. 2) Ad will appear within 3 normal business days, & will be confirmed by email. 3) Once placed, orders can only be cancelled by the Terms of Service. 4) Monthly ads are billed monthly and have a 4 month minimum - Ads cancelled in less than 4 months will be charged for the balance of 4 months upon cancellation. An early "match" does not negate the obligation for 4 months, no exceptions. A designed banner ad has a 6 months minimum and the balance of the remaining months will be charged if cancelled early. 5) Monthly Ads may be terminated after 4 months with a 7 day advance notice prior to monthly due date, terminations less than 7 days will result in another months charge. 6) If cancellation date is disputed, proof of cancellation is required by client. Proof of cancellation is copy of a email reply by ABC Adoptions acknowledging your cancellation. 7) There is no credit available for early termination of Until You Adopt ads, no exceptions. 8) Clients are responsible for advance notification of a new expiration date or a different credit card number resulting in a declined charge. A declined credit card can result in a $10.00 charge. 9) Advertising for an adoption is purely speculative and beyond the control of ABC Adoptions, therefore ABC cannot guarantee the results and cannot provide any refund for not adopting or lack of activity. 10) Link advertising is the basis for the advertising. Various promotions are used to attract expectant mothers and may change from time to time and can only be considered additional free advertising.
